Surrender of Surrender... Poem
|
Jul 19, 2021 |
Prestile Stream in Easton, ME
"Be still and know I Am God" wrote the poet long ago
One sees in such Quiet no knowing neither God nor self
How can anyone know anything when put to death by such a sweet Kiss that for a first time ~ endlessly ~ Life is being truly lived
"Where?" don't look and you'll see
"How?" like the Sun caressing the Waters
Now, forget all questions only be the openness to receive
Who would not surrender even surrender for such a Lover like This
The Sage was asked, "Tell me what love is?" Said the Sage, "I can't. I knew, until I approached Her. Approaching Her, all my understanding of Her, She burned away."
